Throwing for couples, whether you are romantically linked or friends this couple’s throwing session is designed to help you learn the basics of throwing on the potter’s wheel ensuring you have maximum help with a tutor to guide you throughout the process.

Learn how to prepare your clay and have a tutorial explaining each step of the process before having a go yourself, expertly guided by an experienced tutor. You will produce at least one thrown pot each and hopefully more.

There will be the opportunity to apply colour before leaving it to be dried and then fired, glazed and returned to you at a later date. Those wishing to pursue their hobby further may book sessions at the studio’s group rate to learn turning and continue to refine their throwing skills.
